1. Overview

Payments for AFK Minecraft subscriptions are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem appears on your bank statement and handles payment collection, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Voluntary tips are handled separately by Ko-fi.

This policy explains when refunds are and are not available.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Canceling stops future billing — your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time.

3. Donations

Tips sent through Ko-fi are voluntary donations that support the project. Donations are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

We issue refunds only where required by applicable law, or for duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@afkminecraft.com within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed by Creem back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us first

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most payment issues are faster to resolve directly. Chargebacks filed for subscriptions that were delivered may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
