Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AFK Minecraft ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://afkminecraft.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or related software applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Services").

Our Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise indicated, the Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Services (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Services.
• You own or are authorized to use each Minecraft account you connect to the Services.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, or distribute the Services or their underlying software. The Services act as a hosted client for your own Minecraft account — they do not modify the game client or provide gameplay advantages.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create a collection or database without written permission.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features.
• Resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Services without our written consent.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where prohibited by law.
• Use the Services to violate the Minecraft EULA or the rules of the servers you connect to.
• Automate gameplay actions such as mining, combat, or resource gathering.
• Spam, harass, or threaten other users.

We may provide areas to leave reviews. You must comply with the following:

• You should have firsthand experience with the product.
• Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, abusive, racist, or hate language.
• You may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.

The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"). Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms of Service.
• Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Service.
• In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your contributions.

These Terms shall remain in full force while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON. If we terminate your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account under your name, a fake name, or someone else's name.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of the rights of a third party.

We maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services.

Some features of the Services are offered as paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Creem acting as merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to the applicable provider's terms.

Voluntary tips can be sent through Ko-fi and support the project. We may change prices or plan features from time to time; changes apply to future billing periods.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
