Billing

Questions about paying.

Anything else, ask in Discord, or open a ticket if you have a paid plan.

How does Ko-fi know it’s me?

Use the same email on Ko-fi that you sign in with here. The tip is matched to your account automatically and your days show up on the dashboard.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, anytime. Open Manage subscription from your Plans page. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens when my time runs out?

Unlimited AFK, the premium tools, and support tickets switch off, and you are back on the Free daily limit of 15 min (3 hours for Discord members). Tip or subscribe again whenever you like.

Do yearly plans really save 20%?

Yes. A yearly plan is one payment a year at 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Starter, for example, is $38.28 a year, which works out to $3.19 a month instead of $3.99.

Which currency do you charge in?

US dollars. Subscriptions are processed by Creem and tips go through Ko-fi, so your bank may convert the amount.

I make videos. Is there a creator plan?

It is not a paid plan. The Content Creator Program gives approved creators a gifted Creator grant with unlimited AFK, the premium tools, and a Creator badge. Applications are reviewed by hand.
